We have bought a 1 acre block in Western Sydney and have signed up to build the Bronte Grand Manor One with McDonald Jones homes. We've made some subtle changes to the plan with the most notable being squaring off the home theatre (like the farmhouse). This is what the house will look like minus the stone work around the large pillars, too pricey to get that through MJH we will look to add something there later).

We signed up with MJH on 31st March 2015 and had our colour selection appointment on August 18th. We've signed the contract and now are just waiting for our electrical appointment and the Complying Development approval (CDC). These are a rough idea of our colour selections. It will be a mix of traditional and contemporary Hamptons style. The look will be simple with tones of greys, brown/greys and whites with subway tile standard lay and herringbone lay to add features in places.
